TriTouch Therapies is my bodywork practice based in Chicago, San Diego and Washington, DC. I believe bodywork encompasses more than just massage – it is the combination and integration of multiple disciplines of healing work for the physical, energetic and spiritual bodies. My work combines various massage styles and healing techniques that I have mastered over the past decade.

Wanting the name of my business to be reflective of my work, I chose TriTouch as the name of my practice when I realized that there were several groupings of three in my work:

• The primary styles of massage I use – Swedish, deep tissue muscle therapy, Thai;
• The primary modalities I employ – massage, Reiki, Hawaiian energetics;
• And most importantly, the balance and healing for the body, mind and spirit.
